Together, we explore your current situation, challenges, goals, and the patterns that may be holding you back, while strengthening your connection to your own inner wisdom and authentic direction.
The session may include elements of:
- ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) – developing psychological flexibility and living in alignment with your values.
- Motivational Interviewing (MI) – strengthening motivation and creating meaningful, lasting change.
- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – identifying and transforming unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.
- Spiritual guidance and intuitive reflection – supporting self-awareness, presence, and connection with your deeper self.
